Each of the three master bedrooms, including two on the second floor and one on the first, feature full ocean views, king-sized beds, automated sheers, shades, and lighting systems, as well as in-suite bathrooms equipped with steam showers, expansive closets with some automated hanging racks, and hidden TVs and music systems for ultimate privacy and comfort. The second-floor master suites open to a sprawling terrace with automated sun screen protection and multiple seating areas, all overlooking the mesmerizing ocean. The first-floor master bedroom offers direct access to a sun-protected seating area with stunning ocean views. The Villa also boasts two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with two queen beds and each with bathrooms. Other areas include an additional family room with TV and music.

This villa’s grandeur extends to its expansive open-plan first floor, featuring floor-to-ceiling automated doors that reveal breathtaking ocean vistas. Enjoy a state-of-the-art living space with an Eggersmann bar area equipped with top-tier appliances, ice machine, wine storage, and a dining room that seats twelve, adjoining a sophisticated automated kitchen boasting Miele appliances, including an espresso maker, two large refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers. The robust living room includes a fireplace, TV, and music. An elevator enhances accessibility between floors, adding a layer of convenience to the sophisticated layout. For entertainment, the villa features a game room equipped with three classic, fully restored pinball machines, an NBA basketball shooting game, and a table for two video game console with dozens of video games.
